Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Prior experience as a server engineer or in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic understanding of Linux operating systems, especially Red Hat, Oracle Linux, or other variants.
Knowledge of Solaris and Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes.
English proficiency.
Willingness to work in a shift system.

Job Description

Server Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor server performance within a 24/7 environment to ensure systems are operating smoothly.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve server-related issues within specified timeframes in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Troubleshooting & Escalation to Principle : Identify and resolve server issues, including those related to the operating system and server applications.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare routine reports on server performance and status using Office applications (Excel, Word).
